The woman I spoke with to set up the move (washer and dryer only) quoted me a price with minimum and maximum, and requested a $100 deposit to be applied to the move charge. The move went just OK and took exactly 45 minutes. When charged for the move, the $100 was not applied and resulted in me being charged more than the max. quoted. When I called to question the issue, I was told, by a male, that the deposit is never applied to the move charge. Now you know.

Gr8Labor sent a crew of four guys and two big trucks for my move. They filled one truck full of boxes and other items that fit and the other with larger bulky items. Everyone on the team worked together really well. We managed to prevent tracking dirt into my new house, and everyone on the team was courteous and wanted to be sure I approved of the job being done. I couldn’t have completed my move without them.
